For a good functioning of Home'Bank Offline, please make sure you have the following version of your operation system:

For Mac OS:

• Classic Mac OS: PowerPC at least version 8.6 minimum
• Mac OS X: at least version 10.0.1

For Windows:

• minimum version Windows 7

On top of that a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 is designated and all the values of the screen should be on 100%. You can verify your screen settings via "Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Display".
