When applying for your insurance, you must inform us of the value of your vehicle. This value is indicated in the general and special conditions and does not change during the first 12 months following the first registration of your vehicle. As of the 13th month, the value will decrease by 1.1% per month. In other words, if your vehicle is 28 months old, then the insured value will be equal to the value at the time of purchase minus 17.6%.
As of the 61st month, the actual value of your vehicle will be established by an expert who will base their assessment on the make, model, year of construction, options and the general condition of the vehicle.

Undertaking valid for all holders of an ING Car Insurance policy with an accident occurring between 19/01/2015 and 31/12/2015. The undertaking covers any dissatisfaction regarding the processing of the claim in relation to which a complaint has been submitted to the ING Car Insurance Claims Department, which can be contacted by telephone on +32 2 738 56 91, via email at email@example.com, or via an ING branch. By way of example this could involve dissatisfaction regarding the information provided by ING, the processing time, the repairs carried out, etc. (non-exhaustive list). In order to be taken into consideration, the dissatisfaction must concern the settlement of a claim covered in accordance with the specific and general terms and conditions applicable to the insurance contract. The dissatisfaction may not concern any premium increase resulting from the claim. Our undertaking consists of reimbursing 3/12th of the paid total annual premium in effect at the time of the accident. Only one single refund will be accepted per insurance contract.
